The Design
Process & Phases

Initial Consultation & Briefing

We meet with the client to understand their needs, preferences, and vision, defining the project scope, style, budget, and timeline. Space function, flow, and specific requirements such as lighting, storage, and sustainability are assessed.

2

Concept Development & Space Planning

The client’s vision is translated into mood boards, design concepts, and functional layouts. Furniture placement, circulation, architectural elements, lighting, and acoustics are considered, and initial designs are refined based on client feedback.

3

Design Development

The concept is developed into a detailed design package with floor plans, elevations, 2D/3D visuals, and carefully selected finishes, furniture, lighting, and custom-built elements. Color schemes, textures, décor, and architectural features are finalized with client approval.

4

Detailed Drawings & Specifications

Technical drawings and comprehensive specifications are prepared for all materials, finishes, and products. Coordination with engineers and contractors ensures feasibility, and lighting, electrical, and custom furniture plans are finalized for construction.

Pre-Construction Planning & Coordination
(Site Mobilization)

All drawings and specifications are finalized, permits obtained, and contractors and suppliers coordinated. A detailed schedule is prepared, and site inspections are conducted to ensure smooth project execution and client approval of critical elements.

2

Demolition & Structural Modifications
(Execution & Progress)

Existing walls, partitions, ceilings, and flooring are carefully removed, and new walls, partitions, and structural elements are constructed. Necessary adjustments to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are made, while maintaining safety and compliance.

3

Installation & Fit-Out
(Practical Completion)

Flooring, finishes, ceilings, lighting, furniture, fixtures, and custom-built elements are installed according to the approved design. Technology, signage, and specialty items are integrated, with ongoing quality checks to ensure adherence to the design.

4

Finalization, Quality Control & Handover
(Final Completion)

Detailed inspections and quality checks are performed, any touch-ups completed, and operational guidance provided to the client. The fully completed space is handed over, reflecting the approved design and client vision.
